|Michele Norris, founder of Navigen Leadership, will lay out the 5 characteristics of truly authentic leaders and, through interactive exercises, help you understand where you fall on the spectrum of these traits.|
|Christopher Amos, Ph.D., Assistant Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development at GTE Financial, will share case studies as well as tools and resources for moving your organization away from the inauthentic and outdated model of annual performance reviews to a real-time performance management model that maximizes engagement, productivity, and retention.|
